Shipping & Returns
It can take our team 2-3 business days to process orders for shipment. During the holiday season, this processing time may be extended. We ship orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following week.
Please reach out to CustomerService@McEvoyRanch.com to initiate a return. We do not accept returns on food items. All other products can be returned if they have not been used or opened within 7 business days of receipt with prior approval. We cannot accept returns on products that are not sealed upon receipt. If a product is damaged upon delivery, please send a photo to CustomerService@McEvoyRanch.com with details of the issue. Our Customer Service team will review and process a reship of the damaged item(s) if it is determined eligible.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs except for instances of goods damaged during shipment. McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
Once your package leaves McEvoy Ranch's fulfillment center until it is delivered to your address, shipping liabilities are with USPS or FedEx. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS or FedEx, packages become the customer's responsibility, and McEvoy Ranch is not responsible for missing packages.

We accept the following credit cards for online orders: Visa, Mastercard and American Express
We will notify you via email when we have processed your return and issued a refund. Please allow us 30 business days for receiving and processing your online order return. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file and will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.
